You further agree that you will not misrepresent an affiliation with another person or organization. You agree that you will not include in your message any software, files or links to other sites.

You agree that you will not include in your message any Content that you are under a contractual obligation to keep private or confidential. You agree that you will not include in your message any Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right of a third party.

We reserve the right to monitor any and all messages sent to the Official Ty Message Board. We reserve the right to refuse to post any message that we in our sole discretion view to be in violation of these Rules and Regulations or otherwise inappropriate. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke the registration privileges of any user who violates our Rules and Regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID. You are responsible for all uses of your registered name, whether or not such use was authorized by you. You understand and acknowledge that use of the Official Ty Message Board is at your own risk and that the Official Ty Message Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
